Two folk from Ashington, Ann Lunam-Cowan (nee Ann Hedley) and Dave Straker - proud Geordies both - have written a music CD about Northumberland called The Pit Still Gets Her Man. It's a bit like rock, a bit like folk, a bit orchestral but all about our magnificent county. |
